In the midst of emailing my brother, I was inspired to write a poem...again! sorry for all my readers who have to deal with these "spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings" (Wordsworth).

stress,
you thought you got me,
and I thought that I'll be,
but you have no control over me.
because He has set me free
so begone! For I am guaranteed
that He shall continue to deliver me.

stress free!!!
